Blocked: needs a coordinated bump.

@eslint/js@10 peers eslint@^10, but package.json pins eslint@^9.0.0 directly. The npm install fails on Ubuntu/Windows/macOS with ERESOLVE on every run. To land this, the same PR needs eslint itself bumped to v10 — which is a major-version migration of the linter itself (flat-config behavior changes, deprecated-rule removals) and should be done deliberately rather than auto-applied.

Leaving open as a tracking marker; close when the eslint v10 migration ships in a separate PR.

Closing per merge-or-close sweep. Cannot land as-is: @eslint/js@10 peers eslint@^10, but package.json pins eslint@^9.0.0 directly, so npm install fails ERESOLVE on all three OSes.

Will come back when we bump eslint itself to v10 in a deliberate migration PR — that's a major-version migration of the linter (flat-config behavior, removed deprecated rules) and shouldn't be auto-applied. Dependabot will re-open this on the next @eslint/js release.
